- Credits have been used
- Unlock attempts have been made
4. Data Consumption
Any form of access is considered data consumption.
5. Third-Party Enriched Data Access
Access to enriched decision-maker insights is considered irreversible digital consumption.
Refunds cannot be issued once this data has been viewed, regardless of accuracy.
6. Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments are eligible for refunds.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation will stop renewal only.

This policy is governed by the laws of India and falls under Indian jurisdiction.
